JOB TITLE 1: PRODUCT DEV. ASSISTANT (SNACKS AND CEREALS)(REF. PDAS 2010)
JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Will be involved  in the development of new and continuous re-development of existing products, identification and performance testing of all raw materials, products and manufacturing procedures for these products.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
(1) ND Food Technology or related field
(2) Five 0 ‘Level Credits, including Maths & English at not more than two sittings.
Ability to select, implement and evaluate problem solving techniques and tools effectively.
Must be proactive, resourceful, self motivated, target driven and communicate scientific information concisely.
2yrs cognate experience particularly in the flour milling, confectionery/bakery related industry; demonstrated knowledge of product development process is essential.
JOB TITLE 2: PRODUCT DEV. ASSISTANT (FLOUR AND BAKERY)(REF. PDAF 2010)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provided assistance  in the development of new and continuous re-development of existing products, identification and performance testing of all raw materials, products and manufacturing procedures for these products.

Job Title: Surveyor
Function
To perform oversight function in handling all survey related issues on the Plant’s site and to ensure that all tasks are performed according to lafarge WAPCO’s safety practices and procedures.
Duties/Responsibilities.
 • Collation of monthly Survey and stocks measurement (limestone. clinker and other raw materials additives).
• To get a monthly overburden and limestone volumetric survey.
• Supervise dally flood mitigation activities In the quarry.
• To update quarry and the plant topographical map and execute other topographical survey activities.
• Establish the quarry survey features and set out control points from the base (quarry control point) to any area within the quarry/plant survey for new projects
• Execute road construction and design in acoordance with the Company’s Mobile Equipment Advisory. Establish and extend survey control points within the quarry for contractor’s daily activities.
• Prepare working drawings and sketches in AutoCAD format for quarry dally operations (limestone and Overburden advance survey)
• Locate precisely different features points, levels in the quarry and update the data in the Quarry topographical map for mining operation purpose.

Planting e.t.c.
Candidates’ Qualification
• HND or B. Sc. in land Surveying.
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience In a process indUStry or quarry operation.
• Working knowledge of cement manufacturing processes: Raw meal preparation, burning combustion, grinding and packing operation.
• Commitment to the highest standards of safe work habits

• Good knowledge of safety laws and regulations
• Able to take initiative based on sound problem solving skills.
• Very good written and verbal communications skills.
