SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
General Requirements
Must be an OND, HND or BSc holder in relevant field
Must have a minimum of 6 years relevant and verifiable working experience.
Must be a male and not less than 30yrs of age
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation
Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for the organization
